This trip will focus on some nice back roads with lots of fall foliage. Departing from Salem at 9AM from Cascade Gateway Park, just west of Hwy 22/I-5 intersection, we will head down towards Cottage Grove where we will have pizza for lunch Thereafter, we head west along the Smith River where the trees literally canopy the road for miles.
